Reverend Deborah Kaiser-Cross is an ordained Congregational minister and pastoral counselor serving at JupiterFIRST Church in Jupiter, Florida. She graduated from Earlham School of Religion with a Master of Divinity and from Barry University with a Masters in Social Work. She runs the pastoral counseling center at the church in addition to her other pastoral duties.

Deborah is married to David Kaiser-Cross and the mother of three children, Anne, Sarah, and Michael. They live in Jupiter, Florida. Spending a quiet evening alone with David, delighting in the smiles of her children, and biking in the beauty of the Master's Creation are her favorite pastimes.
